I have a problem with my order, how can this quickly be resolved?
We take great pride in the courteous and quick resolution of issues concerning your order. (We urge all our customers to unbox the shipping container on camera (video) to get a strong case of refund & exchange).
If the product received is other than what was ordered (different product) (according to the invoice) - exchange is applicable only if contacted within 5 business days of receiving the product. Otherwise it will be considered as used or opened and will void the refund policy. Also make sure the product is not opened or used within the granted refund/exchange bracket.
Change of mind is not acceptable after receiving the ordered product.
If the product received is damaged, (refund/exchange is possible if contacted within 24 hrs of receiving the product). Otherwise it will be considered as used or opened and will void the refund policy.
|Pre-Owned Products:| These products are used collectibles from all around the world placed at EWDDCT warehouse for reselling. These products are not owned by EWDDCT. We grade them only on the basis of 'No Articulation Point Breakage'. Condition can be judged by the buyer by looking at the original photos shared with each product listing. All available & missing accessories and packaging is shared in the description of each listed product(s). No refund/exchange will be accepted based on loose articulation or missing accessories (if shared already in description). Only refunds are accepted in the case if any of the articulation point of a Pre-Owned figure is broken. (Keep In Mind) Stuck points of articulation or joints does not considered broken, as they can be fixed by the use of hot water or heat dryer at customer's expense. (Please unbox on camera (video) to claim for a refund as we believe that trust should be at both ends of the business.) (refund/exchange is possible if contacted within 24 hrs of receiving the product).

Does Emporium.pk Ship Internationally?
Yes! Emporium.pk will ship to most countries around the world. We ship by several carriers. Shipping rates may only be available on request. By letting us know about your desired product and the basic details of your address. This all can be done by sending us an email at [email protected]

Any minimum advance payment required for our orders?
There are three types of product availabilities available in our store:
-  - In Stock
-  - On Order Only
-  - On Request Order Placement
-  - (In Stock) - There is no need of advance payment if the product lies in this availability unless & until the total cost exceeds 25000/pkr. Only in this case, 50% of the total amount would be accepted as an advance payment to confirm & ship the order. These products are usually delivered within 2-5 business days.
-  - (On Order Only) - These products are shipped from our foreign warehouse upon order confirmation. These products are usually delivered (via two types of shipping methods), 'Basic' (FREE) 15-35 Business Days Delivery (Excluding Saturdays & Sundays) OR 'Urgent' (PAID) 6-15 Business Days Delivery (Excluding Saturdays & Sundays). Orders below 8000/pkr does not require any advance payment. Orders exceeding 8000/pkr mark, 100% of the advance payment is required (in exchange of an invoice with brand signature & stamp from EWDDCT i.e. 'Order Proof') to confirm the order. Available Payment Method (If order total > 8000/pkr): Bank Transfer (Information will be provided upon order confirmation) OR (If Order total < 8000/pkr): Cash On Delivery.
-  - (On Request Order Placement) - These products are imported from foreign countries upon order confirmation (only in relation to PopCulture Collectibles - we do not import products that do not lie in this category or genre). These products are usually delivered within 15-35 business days (Excluding Saturdays & Sundays). 100% advance payment is required (in exchange of an invoice with brand signature & stamp from EWDDCT i.e. 'Order Proof') to place & confirm the order. Available Payment Method: Bank Transfer (Information will be provided upon order confirmation). These products are usually delivered (via two types of shipping methods), 'Basic' (FREE) 15-35 Business Days Delivery (Excluding Saturdays & Sundays) OR 'Urgent' (PAID) 6-15 Business Days Delivery (Excluding Saturdays & Sundays).
Types of Shipping/Delivery methods offered by EWDDCT?
Following are the types of shipment or delivery methods we offer:
|1| For (In Stock) Products (For Pakistani Customers Only): 'Cash On Delivery' (Via Our Courier Partners) (TCS or LCS).
COD Charges, |If Total < 2000/pkr, 250/pkr will be charged extra| OR |If total > 2000/pkr & < 100000/pkr, FREE COD will be provided| OR |If total > 100000/pkr & < 1000000/pkr, 650/pkr will be charged extra|. NOTE: Payment Method May Differ Due To >8000/pkr clause.
|2| For (On Order Only) OR (On Request Order Placement) Products (For Pakistani Customers Only): 'Basic' (FREE) 15-35 Business Days Delivery (Excluding Saturdays & Sundays) OR 'Urgent' (PAID) 6-15 Business Days Delivery (Excluding Saturdays & Sundays).
|3| For (Foreign Exports) or (For International Customers Only): DHL/FedEx (Charges Applied Upon Order Confirmation via E-mail).
Product Packaging (when received) may (in some cases) be slightly compromised or slightly damaged due to the consolidation processes, to provide the best possible prices in Pakistan. All of our Pop Culture collectibles are imported from USA (which is around 7671 miles in distance & freight usually takes over 20hrs of air travel and over 15 working days passing through various countries, cities, zones, regions & check points (due to refueling or connecting flights). But we try our best to provide the product in the best possible condition. We always dispatch 100% official & brand new products from our USA warehouse(s). For collectors, that do care about the mint packaging shall request & contact us through [email protected] so that we can import their orders on request, separately from our complete consolidated shipments. (Extra charges may apply for this facility).
